We absolutely loved our stay in Punta Cana! The resort was incredibly kid-friendly, with amazing staff who were always welcoming and helpful. The food was great, and we loved having easy access to the numerous pools throughout the property. The beach was also just a few minutes away from the hotel, which made it so convenient to enjoy everything the resort had to offer. We had such a wonderful time and honestly wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable vacation.

This resort is everything you imagine and more super friendly staff very fun and energetic the food was good the amenities where amazing. There’s two staff members that work the outside dinning at the Buffett during breakfast and lunch during our stay of 7/11 - 7/13 they literally were the most memorable they treated us like family

The hotel itself was great, clean, great amenities, lots of pools. However, the staff was hit or miss, some were great, others felt like they didnt wanted to be working. Same with the food, dont expect anything extraordinary, the best food was the buffet, all the restaurants had average food. Other than that great stay.

This was our 2nd time visiting. We were placed in building 1 this time, and i have to say the rooms were not in the best condition as in building 5 last year. the room was a bit smelly. we noticed this year there were more mosquitos in the property, overall, it's a good place to visit with the family, we love the pools, waterpark and child care. we haven't really used the beach as there are lots of seaweeds.
