Staff was very joyful and courteous. The food was good but the drinks were a little on the weaker side. But I guess that’s expected at an all inclusive hotel. Overall a good experience!

I thought the property was amazing!! It was very peaceful there. The food was good, the staff, was ok, they seemed overworked or something they didn’t seem to enjoy what they do. But there were a few people who were welcoming! They all seem to work very hard to take care of this property!!

I liked the pool, bar, cafe and the beach snack areas. The buffet food had few options and mostly pork. The entertainment was short of an hour or less a lot of times. Other than that the staff is great and the pool slides and kids clubs were nice for the kids. If they better there food and entainment i think is a 5 star for sure thats why i gave it a 4.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Everything was perfect, and honestly, there is nothing negative I could say. Instead, I want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the entire team for making our vacation such a beautiful and memorable experience. My family and I truly enjoyed every moment. We felt welcomed, cared for, and were able to create beautiful memories together. It was exactly the kind of vacation we had hoped for. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our time so special. We will definitely be coming back again! We can’t wait to return and make more wonderful memories. ❤️

I love the tropical vibe and how friendly the staff were l. The only thing is that the tray collection for room service? They took the entire dad to remove our breakfast trays and room keeping sometimes skipped over our room when we were not in the room... The entertainment was great, the activities was excellent and we would definitely recommend persons and also visit again with the family.
