The grounds of this resort is absolutely beautiful! We stayed at the Level and it was worth it. We had access to private restaurants, bars, pools and beaches. The staff were so helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. It was nice and relaxing!

We loved our stay this week. We loved the morning beach yoga and spa services were amazing. We adored our cocktail waitress in the Elixyr Bar who treated us like we were royalty. Everyone was friendly and my steak at Quimera was one of the best that I have ever had. If you are looking for a resort that makes you feel like you are their most important guest, this is the one for you.

A few things about that hotel need to update that rooms they very updated to old front inside but that doesn’t mean that, that hotel and service are extremely over that top just that rooms in my opinion but it was very memorable for me thank you to Marsi Hernandez very helpful all that things and to all that stuff my room ever time was very cleans , thank for that housekeeping that clean my room all that time.
