The entertainment staff and bar tenders stood out the most to us on our stay, there’s new activities every day and the staff is very involved and has great energy, Fabúloso, caramel, and chezpita from the entertainment are the absolute best, as well as Manny and Jordani from the preferred bars make the best drinks and are extremely friendly.

Julia, the Expedia rep, was very nice and helpful. The food at the different restaurants was good and had a nice variety. The pool area was great. Did not like that they were constantly trying to upcharge you for different things. We could not use the beach at all due to the Sargasso seaweed so that was very disappointing.

The property was extremely clean - particularly the rooms. The food was not great - even though there were quite a few options to choose from. There are several different restaurants but the best bet will always be the buffet. The Italian restaurant is hit or miss but it looks like if you reserve a table and get there earlier in the dinner service, the food and the service are both much better. Overall, I would return.

The lady who cleaned the bedroom , Ruddy, was very friendly and did a wonderful job. In the dining room, Mesa Restaurant, Emilia served us so well. Kerman, the bellman greeted and fairwelled us very gently. The hotel great, but these people made it better.

We had an amazing stay from beginning to end! The resort is beautiful, the rooms were always clean, the food was excellent, and there were plenty of activities for families. What truly made our vacation unforgettable was our concierge, Julia. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. No matter what we needed, she was always there with a smile, ready to help and make everything easy for us. She genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible, and her kindness and professionalism made us feel so welcomed. Employees like Julia are the reason guests want to come back. I stayed in the Preferred Ocean Front room, the room was clean, comfortable and with all the amenities needed. The entertainment in the day and night was excellent for adults/kids. The staff was very respectful and attentive. My complaint will be with the food, there is no Habiche, 2 hrs wait in the Asian restaurant and the food wasn’t the best quality. The food snacks options in the pool area was very limited. I will still come back because the services safety view cleanness was great.

This place is beautiful! The staff is amazing. The room was really nice! There was always something going on to stay engaged and enjoy your time there. Sadly, I hurt myself dancing around to the nightly cover band. The next day, the concierge helped me get to the onsite doctor and they allowed us to use their wheelchair for as long as I needed to. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating to the situation. We had a great time! The only thing I can think of that wasn’t great that the beach is rocky. If you are a beach view from the pool lover like me, then that is a not a problem. Thank you Dreams Cap Cana!

Excellent resort! Very clean and comfortable. The grounds are impeccable! The staff is helpful and kind. Food is good and pool area beautiful. This is the perfect resort for you if you love beautiful pools and an ocean breeze not far from the airport. It is not a great resort if you love playing in the ocean and desire a lot of beach time. The shoreline is ok but has major sargassum at this time and is small and rocky.

Overall the resort was ok, food was fine, the staff were helpful. The beach was awful and not swimmable at all - not their fault but other reviews said it was ok and being cleared up daily. Issue is the sheer volume coming in not the cleanup effort. Major feedback also given to them directly is that there were not nearly enough sun umbrellas for the pool seating - and capacity was extremely low so I’d hate to see it when it is full. About 25% of seating had an umbrella. The staff did try to help but they had zero resources to work with. That was disappointing.
