Barcelo was really nice. The bus stops outside the hotel and its convenient to go around riding the bus. The food was really good. The facilities are great. The entertainment/shows they offer are excellent.

Location was great, nice and calm private beach, the pool and other amenities were also awesome so was the staff, but the food needs improvement, the steak restaurant by the beach was really good but you have to book in advance, the buffet restaurant is terrible!

Smaller property but has everything needed. Restaurants were good, food was ok. Pools are nice and refreshing, but got hot towards the end of the day. It was HOT when we were there and the several waterfalls are pretty nice but I'm sure they heat up the pools. Entertain every night was nice. There are lots of biting flies, so bring bug spray. Very helpful and friendly staff. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel blew away my expectations. The hotel was older but clean and well set out. The rooms were bigger than I expected, as I’d only reserved a standard room. Staff were attentive and exceptionally polite and were always asking if we needed anything. Beach and pool and location of hotel was perfect. I really can’t find any negatives. The slightest of blips was when we arrived at the hotel at 2:15 PM and had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready at 3 PM. I’m not a big deal as we went and grabbed snacks and a drink, and even then the staff apologies and gave us restaurant vouchers. Will be returning for sure in the future
