An ok 3.5-4 star resort. Food was ok, nothing remarkable. Staff was very very helpful and friendly and willing to attend to any request quickly and with a smile. Check in is very slow and appears a little disorganized. All taxi and uber only want to accept cash- no credit cards!

The staff was phenomenal. They would ho above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The food was very good so was the variety. It was just a bit repetitive. Sort of like the same variety almost every day. The pools didn’t look immediately clean, but I heard that they were about to close a month or two for renovation. Otherwise, we had a great stay. The shows and entertainment were amazing!

Well they repeated the same food, too much variation but the same every day, my family ac don’t work and the small refrigerator doesn’t work either. And it cause me frustration because they don’t want to do too much until they saw me angry. The staff, location, cleaning, the pool excellent, it’s a high price resort , they had to fix some issues
