Too expensive for a basic room

Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs

bad experience

i have been at this hotel several times and has been good. But this one was not. It started by TWO (2) hotel clerks that were very unfriendly. Checked us in, no smile, not saying a word. i waited for a few minutes, just standing there, before i had to ask what I was waiting for. Thry said to clean the room. They coud have told me to wait a minute. Never offered WIGI, had to get it later. Didnt tell us about breakfast or anything about the hotel. REALLY sucked. This was Dec 19, 2019. Just a treminder, we were on the 4th floor, no elevator. No chairs for the beach like they normally do. The breakfast sucked. I had egg and toast, no brewed coffee. Egg was hard and toast was cold.

Avoid it, not a pleasent stay at all.

1) shower does not work properly. 2) electrical outlets shocked us the entire stay. 3) hotel loses electricity constantly. 4) bed is very very noisy. 5) there are NO iron & board in hotel. 6) wifi only in lobby. 7) very dirty, mold everywhere.

Needs better management

Our room was dark, dingy and dirty. No view from the window because a concrete wall. The from office girl (Jean) was nice and arranged for a much better room at the front on the 2nd floor - but an additional cost. I was amazed at how run down and dirty the place was.

Mixed feelings.

I have mixed feelings about the hotel’s management of this property. It ‘s in a perfect location, just a step down onto White beach, a good cleaned stretch of beach, with plenty of decent local eateries, souveniers shopping and beach activities. The staffs are doing a find job, but on my 2 nights stay, housekeeping did not passed by my room, and some parts of the hotel need immediate renovation. The owners are responsible for that part, not the employees. That is poor management. This place can be a jewel if they wanted to be..The lobby is inviting with good strong WiFi, and a good “made to order” breakfast included with my room rate. The room was very basic, but was cleaned and organized on my 1st day, comfortable bed, quiet good night sleep on 3rd floor, hot shower, and air con did it’s job. I would still recommend to others for a good night sleep.

We already came late, and we keep texting the staff about our reservation, so when we get there, everything will be all set but what happened was the other way around, the staff was not there then the room was not yet ready, the toilet bowl is not flushing well, the bidet is leaking, the water coming out from the heater is not enough to rinse soap on my body

The hotel was comfortable and clean. It was close to the beach. It has its own security guard who stays overnight, so it was safe enough to stay. I would recommend this place to my friends who might go to white beach.

They don't clean the roons

Are TV remote never worked the whole time we were there the rooms were not cleaned during are stay at all the aircon barely worked I was bitten by many bugs at night my hand is still swollen from a bug bight I received there two days ago I brought the TV remote problem up with the staff they did nothing about it

beyond expectation!

We came here for our anniversary. With our deluxed room for two, I'm very impressed with our room. Very clean, cozy style, and with regards to that famous smelly bathroom and stinky water from the faucet and shower that i have read from the reviews, we didn't even encounter it. They even allow us to early check in without extra charged. Please keep it up. Will definitely return here! - Ahyani

Good beachfront hotel

Very basic hotel. Small bathroom. Low water pressure. Power cuts out every now and then depending on how crowded the island is (not their fault though). The pluses? Accommodating staff and online booking. The convenience of online reservation and payment is worth it to me, so I’ll be back here in the future - I’m at the beach most of the time anyway.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel front of the beach they have a big balcony that has a good view for sunset. The staff are accomodating. You will enjoy your stay.
