Roberto from the concierge desk was extremely helpful and super friendly. The staff in general always greets you and is willing to assist with your needs. My group agreed that the food options were fantastic when it came to the sit down restaurants. Our party was able to enjoy the adults only restaurants which were all fabulous and delicious.

Staff at this resort were amazing & pleasant! They were always helpful. We enjoyed the Blue pool. It was lively & fun but not overcrowded. Red pool was crowded & water was warm and murky from sunscreen. Food was not good and we’re not foodies. Breakfast buffet was consistently out of fruit & food was cold. Ciao restaurant was our best meal. Rest of the week my husband and son relied on burgers and pizza. No beach, but we knew that before we went.

Like it says on the title, be really sure you understand the beach situation on this hotel. There's no "open beach". You won't be able to take a walk on the beach. There will not be waves on the beach. Try to see all the beach photos you can, not only the super wide angle ones that kinda cheat the perspective of the "caletas". Now, with that out of the way, the rest of it is great. Zen restaurant is super recommended. Frida not so much. Buffet is solid enough. Bar is up and down as with every all inclusive. I guess it depends how busy the bartender is and how much you care. Pools are great. Varied and with a great temperature. Service is great most of the times. I'm conflicted on the star rating. It was a big disappointment for my family to realize how this beach is arranged. But that's not really the resort's fault. So just be sure to understand it. Cheers.

Overall a pleasant stay - room was clean, beach was ideal for young kids since the report is essentially in a lagoon, staff was very friendly, food was delicious, grounds were beautiful and well maintained. One down side was the fact that you don’t make reservations for the restaurants for dinner - it’s all on first come first serve basis. We would wait up to 2 hours for a table and missed all the nightly entertainment.
