Rooms and food are great. Being in a safe community to walk around made for a unique experience. Don’t take any offers to tour other resorts for a gift or voucher. Do upgrade to preferred club and make sure to use the pool, spa and dinning perks that come with it. I would stay here again.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel. ALL staff was wonderful and very helpful/welcoming. Food was good except maybe need a little more variety. However, it felt like they were short on bartenders and waitresses that came around asking for drinks. Beach area was unusable and smelled really bad. Also we kept getting woken up at all hours with the tray carts or laundry carts.

Loved our return stay. Property constantly adding touches! Many prior stays and many to come. Great new faces and as always the tremendous staff who add so much to what already is a wonderful property and location. Can't be beat. We look forward to our return stay in the fall if not sooner. Really want to bring attention to Rodolfo, Hermelinda, Ronnie at the bell station, Rocita in houskeeping, Magaly at the beach, and of course Fernando and his fine leadership, The boys in the preferred lounge and Jazi, Adriana, Paulina and Karen the MOD as well as the wonderful Berenice and her wonderful activity program!!!!

Had to switch rooms due to smell (sewage and fish) and humidity. Others did as well. Resorts is old and not adult friendly. Wont keep kids out of the little “adult pool”. Alcohol is low shelf cheap headache recipe. Its just an old resort and not what weve seen from dreams riviera maya. Wouldnt stay again. Marina town is fun and cute little village with restaurants better than resort.
