I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager.
The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice.
I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.

Check-in area was quite busy, with only one staff member working at the desk. Our room seemed clean, but the shower apparently hadn't been cleaned well as there was hair in numerous spots. Beds were clean but not as comfortable as expected for the price of the room. Sliding glass bathroom door couldn't close/latch. At breakfast, there were several juice beverages available, but only two VERY small juice glasses available, and one of them was dirty. People started using coffee mugs for juice, which then left no mugs for coffee. We stayed here one year ago and were very pleased with everything but probably won't stay again after this visit.
