The staff at one point looked overwhelmed by the amount off people arriving. The down side about the room was that it got cleaned at around 4pm. Breakfast was great no issues with the food. The on site restaurant was great it always helps because sometimes you get to the hotel late and it makes it easy to get food the restaurant is open 24 hours

I had a wonderful stay at NH Puebla and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality from the staff. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location for exploring the city. A special thank you to Consuelo from housekeeping, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure my room was spotless. Her dedication and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to recognize Fernanda at the front desk. She was welcoming from the moment I arrived and provided excellent recommendations and local tips that helped me make the most of my visit to Puebla. Her professionalism and friendly service were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire NH Puebla team for making my trip such a pleasant experience. The staff was great. But we got all sorts of problems with the water system. The shower head was not functioning properly (urgently needed to be decalcified). Terrible noise in the pipes each time we were using the tap to wash our hands.
