Breakfast for a fee. No much amenities more than a soap, shampoo and napkins. Parking available. During the stay there was a +15 group of students and no adult control. they were very noisy, keept knocking at all doors and running the hallways. Parking official was very polite and helpful with the parking map. Receptionist didn’t enabled the door key the first time asked me to use it the “right” way. Later they were calling me on the phone asking who i was , because there was a misunderstanding( on their side i guess).

En general bien, habitaciones cómodas, sin embargo no hay aire acondicionado, se pasa mucho calor por la noche. Las camas y resto de los muebles están bastante desgastados, a la piscina le falta mantenimiento. Te ofrecen desayuno continental que incluye: jugo, fruta, pan de dulce, café, leche y cereal, pero no te dan eso y las porciones son demasiado pequeñas, por ejemplo 3 rebanadas de aproximadamente 3x3 centímetros de piña.

Hotel retirado del centro de la ciudad de Puebla, sin embargo es un lugar muy familiar, con instalaciones cuidadas, muy limpias, con estacionamiento de facil acceso y en el que el auto puede permanecer muy cercano a la habitacion que te toque. la alberca de buen tamaño, rodeada de un jardin muy cuidado que le da privacidad a los bañistas y a las habitaciones que le rodean.Su punto debil el restaurante la comida no es de lo mejor, podrían mejorarla. Solicité unas enmoladas y el mole de buen sabor pero le falto que estubiera bien cocinado, me presentaron un mole tibio y con grandes grúmulos que evidencian la falta de cocimiento. Deberían cuidar la preparación de los alimentos y sería un 10 redondo el lugar.
