Very clean room, the staff members were kind and helpful, a very nice walking distance from the main square. The only thing that I would suggest is to add a fan to the room, no A/C needed byt a fan would be great

The front desk staff is very friendly , rooms are small but a great view of the atlixco town. Just as suggestion they should have soundproof in the room , because we hard some of the guest noise in the early morning .

Since you walk in to this hotel smells like cat pee, also rooms smells very humid, and bathroom pipes smells very bad . And also the rooms has a very small window , feels claustrophobic

So the manager is kind of rude, he won’t accept that the hotel doesn’t work as it should. There’s no shampoo, nor an iron… anything I believe that someone went into my room and snooped into my stuff I couldn’t be more disappointed, it’s even expensive for what they give you for the money, not worth it at all!!! Remove the property from the platform

The staff here were were friendly, but that’s probably the only positive I can say. The photos of this hotel make it seem comfortable, simple and inviting, where it really was not. The room was tiny, barely big enough for the bed and our bags. The sheets barely covered the bed and came off the mattress while we slept. The bed was hard as a rock. We didn’t get any soap to use in the bathroom when we washed our hands - we stayed for one night and didn’t even bother trying to use the shower so I can’t speak to that. The pool was in shambles and looked filthy. The worst part of all though, was that the door was made of slats of foggy glass, through which the incredibly bright hallway light shone through all night, with no way to block the light, and made us feel like we were in an asylum. All we needed was a place to sleep for one night…. But we had the absolute worst sleep here.

Habitacion 310, bastante reducida sin cortina en el baño, sin shampoo y muy mala conexion a wifi, el agua de la regadera salpica demasaiado y compromete la recamara, el olor de baño alcanza la recamara y los pasillos, no hice uso de la alberca, cierran la puerta de acceso al hotel y nunca me respondieron al numero que dan para recepción. Desagradable experiencia

En general todo estuvo excelente, el señor que nos recibió fue muy atento ! La habitación excelente buen tamaño muy limpio todo, el único detalle fue que en el baño en el área de la regadera no había cortina o algo que impidiera que el agua salpicara al resto del baño, cada vez que nos bañábamos terminada todo el piso súper mojado y resbaloso ! Sería de bastante ayuda que se mejorara ese detalle todo lo demás súper bien !
