Rooms were clean and spacious for a family of four. Staff was always very happy and helpful. The room service available 24/7 was nice to have when strolling in late. Location close to everything and walking distance to shopping center. Would’ve been nice to have a fridge in room.

This hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again should we come back to Puebla. It was clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Something to note is that there is no fridge in the hotel room. We were able to ask at the front desk and they gave us a ticket to keep things refrigerated and retrieve them from the front desk as needed. We were also able to check in a bit early, and they stored our luggage well after check out so we could explore the area.
