“Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Die Lage ist gut, die Bushaltestelle (Bus ins Stadtzentrum Pilsen) ist ca. 3 Minuten (Fußweg) entfernt. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle Fragen die wir hatten, wurden freundlich und hilfreich beantwortet. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind ebenso freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist frisch und ausreichend, wenn es tatsächlich auch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein...

“I was very impressed with Atmosphere. The hotel is very nice as is the restaurant. The staff is extremely kind and helpful especially considering the language barrier. Loket is a beautiful little town that I totally enjoyed. The breakfast they have is of course European style but very nice. Their dinner menu had things that I enjoyed very much. I can’t stress enough how helpful and kind the staff is. Five stars and I would go back again in a heartbeat.”

“My day was wonderful. My only complaint is the spa and all the amenities are not where the hotel rooms are. They are only a three minute walk but still if you’re trying to use the complementary robe, you look weird in public.”

“Leider versprechen die Fotos etwas zu viel. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist okay, das Abendessen als Buffet auch mittelmäßig. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schlecht, das Personal leider sehr oft unhöflich. Alles in allem sicherlich keine 4 Sterne (mehr) wert. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war leider eher schlecht.”

“Tolles Zimmer mit Fachwerkcharme und entsprechend schiefen Wänden. Achtung! Die Türen haben unterschiedliche Höhen und wenn man nicht aufpasst, stößt man sich den Kopf. Frühstück gibt’s im ehemaligen Casino…auch ein ganz eigener Charme. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber den Heißwasserkaskaden, super zentral… Wir sind restlos begeistert!”
