We stayed here for one night while visiting the downtown area. Overall, the stay was okay, and the hotel had some really nice amenities. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. It felt dingy, outdated, and unfortunately was not properly cleaned. Considering all the amenities the hotel offers, I expected the rooms to be maintained at a much higher standard. With some updating and more attention to cleanliness, this hotel could be a much better experience.

the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. the pool was cool and unique with its indoor/ outdoor design. modern day hotels schemes are genuinely a scam. they charge for everything extra and people just have to pay for it bc they have no choice. the vending machines for toiletries/ snacks/ otc medicines. paying $32 a night extra for parking??? lmao it really is like a humiliation ritual bc you are blatantly being taking advantage of. it was overpriced for an otherwise mid-level hotel but the amenities were okay like everything was operating like normal.
