Nice, older hotel that has been well-maintained. Location allows for easy walking around the Princeton campus. Parking in the local garage took several attempts to get the hotel-provided key card to work.

This is a very pleasant Princeton institution which has been refreshed since we last stayed about five years ago, but not truly updated. Bathrooms are from the 1990s and amenities could be found in a chain motel on the road, but the location can't be beat. Room windows seem quite new and the room was quiet. It could certainly use a night light for the bathroom. Parking is easy with the garage a half-block away and we went to the bar area just for breakfast. It has retained the Ivy look and feel. The food was fine and while understaffed, we were served promptly.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. The cleanliness was exceptional. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. It is an older hotel but I am a fan of that. You won't get cookie cutter Hilton rooms here. The location could not be better. It is literally in the middle of everything. The only trade off for the location was that parking is only in a 3rd party garage across the street from the hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly during every interaction I had with them. I would go out of my way to stay at the hotel if I was in the area.

We loved the Nassau Inn and would definitely go back! Super walkable to restaurants, the campus, and an amazing plus in summer - the community pool! Their staff is excellent. One woman called ahead and tracked down the paperwork required for us to go to pool (Nassau Inn has an agreement with them, otherwise only open to residents) on the 4th. Such a relief on a 100 degree day with small kids!

As always, my stay at the Nassau Inn was excellent. From the friendliness at the reception desk, to the overall cleanliness, to a good night's sleep in comfortable bed in a quiet room where I felt safe, to the Nassau Inn's location in the heart of town, a mere walk to all the venues I wanted to visit. I am looking forward to my next visit to Princeton.

If you’re looking for a hotel that is conveniently located and a decent price, this is the one for you. If you are looking for one that is well-maintained and clean, it is not. Out of the last three times I’ve stayed here, twice I’ve had to have the sheets changed because they have been dirty in the rooms I have checked into. Unfortunate, because a historic hotel with great potential if it was maintained and cleaned better.
