The hotel was great, clean, plenty entertainment, pool, gym, tennis, basketball, golf, conference room, outdoor space, pool table, bar, restaurant, etc. Plenty of parking. The staff was great super friendly and professional, specially Viola, she was amazing, super nice, always with a smile on her face, she was really helpful. I will definitely will stay there again.

I never stayed at a crown plaza not along have I ever been to Jersey I was there for four days and three nights. Staff was great housekeeping was on point. The pool was warm down to the view of the creek. My stay was overall 10/10

This is a very spacious facility with convenient free parkinFront desk staff and dining staff are very friendly and helpful. g. The restaurant onside is convenient and the breakfast quinoa bowl is excellent! There are no other dining options within walking range, the elevator is a bit slow for such a big place and TV options are limited. However, we would stay overnight there again if convenient to a trip route.

The check in was easy. But upon booking did not see nothing about a 100. Refundable Security deposit that we were hit with upon arrival. Spa tub which was what we were looking forward to was out of order. Other than that everything was good.

It was nice having breakfast provided so that I didn’t have to go looking for it elsewhere. The staff were pretty helpful though sometimes there wasn’t always someone present at the front desk. The lobby was pretty loud, but it was the night the New York Knicks won the championship so that was understandable. The only real complaint I had was that the hotel wasn’t close to anything.

The lobby and elevator were high traffic areas with visible crud that needed a good scrubbing. The room was great, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Amenities were average but useful. The shower was hot. The bar was good but the one bartender was not attentive. The manager that showed up was awesome.

When I arrived I noticed the grounds were clean and well maintained. Glad to have free parking. At check in I was greeted and quickly checked in. My room was clean and the air conditioning was working! I did spend time in the lounge space before having dinner. The meal was delicious and staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back for an extended stay.

The suite was alright. The staff was professional. One thing that needs to be checked is the ac unit. The noise from the compressor was abnormally loud. Fortunately, the fact we were so tired from our long drive helped us to overcome the inconvenience it was causing.
