Hotel was clean. If you like extra coffee in your room, bring extra as they charge an $1.00 per pod. They could update the bedspreads so you're not living in the 70s anymore. Overall a good hotel with very basic necessities.

Comfortable beds (double size), convenient continental breakfast. NO ice machine- staff will give you 2 small ziplock baggies of ice upon request. Room was very warm - no air conditioning- just a wall mounted fan. - to be fair, it was unseasonably warm for Prince Rupert.

Spacious comfortable room at a reasonable price. Near a supermarket and the airport/ferry shuttle stop. Continental breakfast was very basic - essentially waffles, cereal and beverage, but it is included in the room charge.

I was a little nervous when I first drove up to the property. The exterior windows gave the building a ā€œrun down vibeā€. The front check-in person was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Old saying ā€œdonā€™t judge a book by its coverā€ is how I would put it. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very old. The a/c is not the best as there are only fans on the walls. Some windows are sealed shut.The beds are very hard. The rooms have a funky smell due to how old everything is. I think alot of fisherman may stay here? All I can say is you get what you pay for as it is always the lowest price to stay in Prince Rupert. The shower is good and heating. Unlike another hotel we stayed at that raised their prices and the shower was horrible and the heating was awful. So if you don't mind an old hotel rooms and want to save money this is the place to go. :) We have stayed here more than once and so have alot of friends and family. There is a bar and restaurant in this hotel also.

The building is old and clearly hasnā€™t been renovated or maintained for a long time. Do not expect to look out the window and see much as they are so fogged up between the panes it is a white haze and no clear view. You use fans as a form of air conditioning and a very tiny opening in window for airflowā€¦ big enough for my husband to stick his head out to see. Beds were very comfortable and nice very white bedding and lots of pillows. Bathroom area is small, tight and old but clean and lots of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and a great selection of towels. If you want fancy donā€™t stay here.
