The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. I booked a room for two adults and two kids, and it was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience. I would definitely book this hotel again and highly recommend it!

Would stay here again for sure. Breakfast was great. Room was updated with nice bathroom. Lack of amenities, especially in the evening. The one restaurant near by though was incredible (Zen). Wish there was a convenience store near by in walking distance between the train and hotel.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel is clean, and very handy to the train station, where we went in the morning. They let us leave our car in the overflow parking lot while we have come to Prince Rupert. The complimentary continental breakfast was good.
