“Great stay and right at start of PR19 trail..2300 steps down to ocean. Only challenge was parking..but it was available with a 8min walk.”

“Pros: * Amazing location with beautiful views. * Generous room sizes. * Well-catered breakfast spread. Cons: * Lack of Hospitality: For a 5-star property where we booked a premium room, the service fell far short of expectations. Front desk staff were constantly glued to their screens, failing to make eye contact or acknowledge guests passing by or waiting. * Inefficient Service: Simple tasks like printing an invoice meant standing in front of staff for up to 30 minutes while they stared at...

“1905 Zino’s Palace is an historical gem on Madeira Portugal. The food was so outstanding and delicious that we ate all three dinners there. Plus we had a lunch when we arrived that was convenient and yummy. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection of goodies plus eggs to order. The employees, each and every one of them was helpful, talkative and enjoyable. To stay there and know your money is being put into a historical building is worth every penny. You feel like you have gone back in...

“This property is charming. The rooms are very comfortable. The bed is comfortable and housekeeping does an excellent job. My room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast that is included was delicious. A nice variety of breakfast foods. Natalie does not speak very much English so it is hard to communicate but send a message through the Expedia app and you get an immediate response. Great stay and close to the beach and the natural pools. It is good to do your research of things in the area...

“Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅”
