The Hotel is very nice, an old palace that has been adapted as Hotel with nice rooms and furniture’s. The internal patios are beautiful this time of year. The staff was good but not great, they did not offer any additional help or information of the city or places to dine.

The Mozart is in a great location near the Charles bridge. The breakfast is great with a wide variety of food selection including smoked salmon and local mushrooms. The spa is secluded below ground and has a quiet ambiance. We scheduled messages in the room next to the spa room and it was outstanding. The executive room is spacious and takes you back in time to the days when Mozart visited. We would recommend staying here to our friends.

A luxurious experience awaits you at the Mozart. Exceptional location, walkable to all sites and neighborhoods. Exceptional service and staff team: friendly and professional. Comfy room, huge bathroom, great linens and products. Enjoy a beautiful courtyard away from the bustling city. Delicious breakfast which you should try to Include in a package for best value. Truly a lovely weeklong stay that made our time in Prague even more memorable.

Excellent and seamless check in. Fantastic location right on the waterfront next to Charles Bridge. Hotel has an amazing courtyard which allows it to be very quiet once inside. Very helpful staff. Nice restaurant and bar on location too.

The hotel has an extremely interesting history, dating back to the eighteenth century. It was a former palace, owned by a patron of the arts. Mozart stayed there at the zenith of his career & composed K509 there. Casanova wrote poems there & Richard Wagner was a guest. The staff was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Breakfast in the courtyard was delightful. Jean was an exceptional waiter with a fascinating background. The hotel is convenient to everything to see in Prague.

The hotel is very well located- staff friendly, however the rooms are quite uncomfortable Not enough space for luggage, no closet, no countertop in bathroom, not enough lighting. Extremely expensive, not worth the money, very old property and not well maintained or renovated.
