The reception staff were helpful, knowledgeable about the area and spoke good English. Our rooms were clean and the tea and coffee replenished each day without having to ask. The hotel is located perfectly within 10minute walking distance from the old town.

Hotel located in a very convenient part of Prague. Close to shops/bars/walk into centre and Big Red Bus routes. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Staff helpful and prompt when required. Service staff efficient but lacked engagement - could be a language issue. We had a small balcony and would have been nice if had been weeded. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

This is a nice hotel overall and a great location. However, the cleaning crew can definitely use some more training. Frequently the room was cleaned much later in the day so if your activities would be over earlier than usual you would find out your room dirty. No coffee machine so it was strange for a luxury hotel to have cheap instant coffee. The water bottle is complementary only the first day so if you stay longer then it is paid. The dirty dishes like mugs were not cleaned for two days. The room was not vacuumed. The towels had holes in them. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Sadly only one chair was provided in the room and we stayed in a family room so very strange. Very minimum place to plug your electronics. No plugs in the kid’s room at all.
