Brilliant hotel with everything you need.

Easy check in with kind staff. The location of the hotel is amazing! Perfect walking distance to the old town square, metro, tram, buses ect. Clean hotel with comfy beds. The walls are very thin so you can hear people in the hallway but perfect for travellers who don't mind this! I would definitely stay again.

Good location, friendly staff and clean. Hotel felt a bit old to me like it needed a good revamp. My room had cracks un the ceiling, the bin was rusty and it just felt dated. Very basic but did the job.

Walking distance to old town Prague

Prague is a beautiful capital city but the old town area is a maze of small streets and this hotel is walking distance to everything in the old town. The staff were very helpful and I was pleased about my upgrade.

in addition to the quality already expressed in the star rating: thank you for a great stay and an extraordinary friendly, helpful and committed staff (esp. the fabulous female front-desk collegues)! also fantastic: the generously and richly stocked minibar. & in my case: thank you so much for the dental cleaning set in the bath-room, that really saved me!

The hotel was charming. It was clean and the staff super helpful. Check in was easy and the staff helped us with all transportation issues as well as suggestions for getting around the city and tours. It is not a property however if one has any physical handicaps. Rooms are small with steps and can be difficult to get to. Overall, we loved it.

The Metropolitan is in a very central location surrounded by a hip neighborhood. We have stayed here four years ago and it isn’t as good as it used to be, but still worth for being able to reach all parts of the old town just by foot. The breakfast is varied and good value. The rooms have seen better days, but are clean and warm. It would have been nice to get a fresh supply of shower gel every other day maybe.

Unfortunately there was no airco in the room either 36 degrees. That was a minor. Breakfast for €16 ($18), therefore an extra €48 per night for a family with 3 people makes it more expensive. It has a nice roof terrace. Open till 22:00. Barcdownstoopen till 23:00 (sometimes 23:40 during events). Parking not at hotel but at a garage at about 8 minutes walking distance. Staff were helping out where they could. A good hotel for the city centre of Prague.
