This is the best hotel. Honestly the main reason we came back to Prague was to stay here again. Their staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. Their breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are so lovely. I can not recommend them enough!!

Hotel Residence Agnes is an fantastic place to stay for Prague Staré Město (Old Town). It is located in the walking distance of most Old Town tourist attractions. The stuff is not just friendly - the will go out of their ways to accommodate you. The Hotel is very small, exceptionally well maintained, it is located on small and quite street. I am sure I will try to book them again when I visit Prague next time.

Perfect place to stay in the middle of Old Town. The staff and I mean ALL the staff was very helpful, kind and it felt like they wanted to do more for us to enjoy our stay! We left on morning and it was raining, and without asking, the wonderful woman at the front brought an umbrella and gave it to me! Breakfast was substantial, the rooms are large and the bed was comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Five stars for this hotel is not enough. The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. All we had to do was ask in our needs were taken care of immediately. I recommend this hotel to everyone and can’t wait to come back again. These people were amazing to us. We came as guests and left as friends.

It was a lovely stay. The staff was so accommodating certainly going above and beyond. Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast sweet was always different. I think the location was perfect, quiet but a few minutes away from old town square. Victoria was so welcoming, she was always giving little gifts to my daughter. My only knock is our room (306) sometime has an odor the comes out the vent. I would still stay here next time, maybe just a different room.

Great location for sightseeing, walk inside Residence Agnes and you are immersed in a unique lobby with friendly welcoming staff. We had two rooms as a family, both clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. As a coeliac family, we were able to educate the staff on what this means (not just gluten free food but no cross contamination) and would hope to see more recommendations and breakfast “safe” options as they continue to learn.

What a fantastic find! A staff that will bend over backwards for you. A breakfast that... I wish I'd taken a picture of the spread. Location, location, location! Quiet room. Parking is tight in that area of town so check with them, they'll work it out with you. They did for us. Oh, if you need a lift to and from the airport, they do that too! Will be checking back with them about bicycle storage on the next trip.

From the initial welcoming email thanking us for booking with them; to offering to organize a driver to pick us up at the airport; to bringing us a drink and taking the time to personally sit with us upon our arrival to understand what was important to us during our stay, the staff at Residence Agnes are exceptional! At any time of day or evening, we were always greeted with a smile and made to feel special. It was their pleasure to make recommendations on sightseeing, shopping and restaurants…their goal is to genuinely care. Outside, the location is easily walkable to everything, just one quiet street away from the action. Inside is a very cozy setting and a great breakfast, they even remembered how we took our coffee.

For a stay in old town Prague this has to be the hotel of choice. Professional and attentive staff, pristine rooms, excellent and varied breakfast options and very reasonably priced. Advice from staff on things to do in town was perfect, from museums to music concerts. And I chatted to the owner, Frank, who is a real professional, clearly focused on customer satisfaction. Will definitely stay here again when next in Prague. Highly recommended!
