This is a beautiful old but well maintained hotel in the heart of old Prague. The staff is helpful, friendly and responsive. Even before our visit they quickly responded to our inquiries about transportation, what to and do. Our was nice, quiet and had an amazingly comfortable bed and the best pillows ever and they offer other options for pillow selection. Breakfast was included and the buffet was amazing with so many great options it was hard to choose and if you wanted something else there is a complete menu selection as well. We didn’t have dinner at the restaurant but it looked delightful with lots of local dishes and elegant service. The bar is warm cozy and beautifully appointed with friendly service. We will absolutely stay here on our next visit to Prague.

Hotel was in a good location. Easy walk to old town center and the Charles bridge. Staff was not overly helpful and there is no smart tv streaming if you are interested in watching tv at night. Older property but beautiful building and a bit dated. Small tub shower combo in room. No free water in rooms.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The valet parking was convenient and priced similarly to the nearby city garages. The breakfast was outstanding — easily the best we’ve had in a long time, with a wide selection and excellent quality. The location is perfect as well, close to major sights in Prague and ideal for exploring the city on foot. We would happily stay here again.
