A wonderful stay in a beautiful, historic hotel. Excellent location of the hotel, in a historic building. Fantastic lobby. The premium room that I booked was allocated on the top floor but was smaller than I expected and had a roof window which was not great. Furniture desperately needs a fresh coat of paint varnish to restore it to its period opulence. Bathroom toilet roll holder wobbly. Towels good be better and more absorbent premium Egyptian cotton. Room carpets need a good clean.

Beautiful hotel in a great location far enough away from the old town chaos but close enough to walk everywhere. Convenient to the train station. VERY helpful staff. I’d suggest upgrading to a higher category of room however as their “superior room” is entry level and you can hear/feel vibrations from the streetcar outside that runs 24hrs a day. I let the staff know I barely slept and they quickly and apologetically found a solution. Decent gym and really nice indoor pool as well. Loved it.

Loved the public areas but disappointed in the room. Was as selected but the room images were a bit misleading. Room was very small and tired. Couldn’t even see out of the window without standing in the bed. Bottom line picking the lowest rate room in a top hotel doesn’t equal to rate accommodation. Otherwise really great location for train travel and old town.

We had a wonderful time here in Prague. The hotel is beautiful, the pool and spa were especially great. Standard rooms were a bit small, but more than enough. The only downside was our view. We basically looked at a wall form our third floor room. Do not think twice about whether to add the breakfast to the reservation. It is well worth it with a great selection of made to order and buffet choices. We would definitely stay here again.
