Stayed 5 nights in this hotel. It's clean and hotel staffs were helpful. I would especially mention the breakfast which was included in my hotel booking. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of varieties of meat, fruits, pastries and coffee was great! Location is also convenient close to city centers. Will probably book again if we visit next time

This small hotel is an ideal spot from which to explore Prague. It's a 10 minute walk to the Metro and many trams, and the location has many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast is substantial and tasty. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We've really enjoyed our visit here.

The staff was very accommodating, check-in and check-out process was easy. But I have two major complaints. The air conditioning and TV didn’t work in the room. It doesn’t seem reasonable to advertise TV’s in the room when none of the channels were available nor was the mirror casting working. But the breakfast buffet was nice and have a lot of healthy options.

The hotel was conveniently located about 5 minutes walking from Metro Station (Line C: I.P. Pavlova). It was in a very safe neighborhood. The hotel itself had a great charm and although the room had some minor wear and tear, it had a working A/C; was extremely quiet even during the night and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

Just a little bit of a trek to the closest station but worth the stay. Rooms are clean and there's extra amenities like a counter and microwave to warm up some food for snacking. Love the addition of the table and seats in front of the bed. Only concern was that the walls seem thin and I can hear my neighbors when they're being noisy. Otherwise, great stay, nice place.

5 star hotels are rated 5 star because the rich demand to be treated like they are special humans.. Avenue Legorova 19 is a 5 star because of the reception staff(all of them) and the manager Lukas(avenue hotels, give this man a raise in his wages as he is top quality)..they could NOT have been friendlier, more helpful, professional than they were. Made staying there a pleasure for an old man like me🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We arrived and at reception everything went smoothly. From the moment of check-in, the staff explained everything very well about all that is needed. The breakfast was so delicious, fresh and complete. We were under a great impression of all the details. * clean room* in nearby to old town* Wideo said we should come back here with children.

Not for business travellers

Not for business travellers because invoice was refused to be issued when checked out, although at arrival it was promised "without problem".

Personal reaction forbidden

We were contacted by the management to explain about our experience with the check-in so we explained that we were robbed on a train and lost all our passports so we were stuck in Budapest and could not leave Hungary with no travelling documents. We emailed the hotel to see if we can either cancel or have any other options for our reservation and all we got in return is cold “unfortunately no” so we feel sad about it so we put on a sad emoji in the email. The next day this manager sent an email to us saying that you can maybe feel sad but you should not lie. So apparently a simple sad face emoji no longer represent a personal reaction to these people. So if you stay in their hotel and they ask you how you feel about anything, just do not express your true feeling or they will accuse you of lying. We emailed the other hotels to explain our situation and they replied with understanding and compassion and let us have a full cancellation.
