This property has some really bad reviews and some other good ones, I first got a lil bit scared about it but when I got actually in there the view surprised me, I think it’s the best part of staying in this area, u should know there is a lot of stairs and steps up u gotta do but in Positano it’s the same everywhere I go, the poorest thing about the place might be that they don’t have that many amenities but I’d really recommend the room with terrace at the top and consider bring some of your staff and you’ll be fine, about the experience over there I had a blast and don’t worry, it’s expensive everywhere u go down here for living and stay enough close to the beach, I’ll keep in mind staying on my next trip over here cuz I couldn’t complain over all the fun I had guys . Last thing… Amalfi coast might be built for young people, so don’t be a baby about going upstairs. Thank u so much to the team, I love Positano!

The view from the room was amazing, but most importantly the people were very nice. We were looking for a place to support local people and not feel like we were at a resort and this was it. Be ready to climb a lot of stairs but it’s worth it. They have people at the beach that brings your luggage up to your hotel for a small fee it’s worth it.

Giving this hotel 3 stars: 1 star for the view, 1 star for the thankfully good AC, and 1 star for the location. I want to be clear that the view and balcony were absolutely gorgeous. Positano is a steep incline to essentially wherever you go, so not having to taxi down or do a 40-minute hike back up from the beach every day was awesome; it was an easy 6-minute walk. AC across Europe can be weak, but coming back to a cold room after being in the sun was great. We loved sitting on the balcony, sipping wine, and watching the sunset. However, paying $700+ a night comes with baseline expectations that were simply not met: • The Bed Setup: Our "double room" was literally two single beds pushed together. At this price point, that's absurd. • Zero Housekeeping: During our 4-night stay, no one came to clean once. No fresh towels, no bathroom touch-ups, nothing. • Towel Situation: We got 4 towels total for 4 nights. A bathroom sign said not to take them to the beach and to ask front desk for beach towels, but when we asked, we were told the sign was outdated and had to buy our own. • Shared Balcony: The view is stunning, but the balcony is shared with the next room—something that should definitely be advertised. • Communication: We couldn't get early check-in confirmation until 2 hours prior. My boyfriend and I are not high maintenance. But no cleaning, pushed-together beds, and poor policies at $700+/night means we couldn't recommend staying here.

We stayed at this place for 4nights in June. The location can't be any better; super close to the beach, shopping area, restaurants, groceries and the port. The staff were very friendly and responsive during their working hours. This is not a regular hotel and it's more like an airbnb. The staff are only available during normal business hours and emergencies. The view from our unit was phenomena - multiple windows facing the Mediterranean see and the beach, had a nice porch area with outdoor table/chairs, and completely separated from other units. I would highly recommend this place.

Location is great. Space is good. Staff is worse and greedy, they only care how much they can drain cash out of you. Air condition is not good just a low pressure fan without any cold air. We were sweating all night end up having disturbed sleep in the hot weather of June. Only reason you want to choose it is accessible location to beach otherwise AVOID. Try some other options first.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Positano. The view was absolutely phenomenal and one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and stunning, although some areas felt a bit outdated. Despite that, it was very comfortable and full of charm. One feature we especially appreciated was the washer, which was incredibly helpful during our travels. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Positano. The only downside is that they do not offer luggage storage, either before check-in or after check-out, which can be inconvenient if you arrive early or have a later departure. Other than that, it was an amazing stay, and we would gladly return.

We had the studio room with the terrace it was beautiful and exactly as described, it’s not tooo far from the main road and still a comfortable distance from the beach, received a contact to have our bags walked up to the room which was helpful, new towels and toilet paper provided half way through the stay was a pleasant surprise. The staff was not helpful at all. Please keep in mind for booking that it’s a house and not a hotel. There is no cleaning service and the check in hours are limited. Also, the entrance has steep stairs so it’s not suitable for older people or if you travel with large luggage. The room was very clean and it had a very nice view.

It was a complete rip-off. I stayed in a room that wasn't ready, smelled strongly of paint, and was filthy. I tried to get a different room, but their only response was, "We don't have any more." I have photos and videos showing the carpet was stained with some kind of substance. Expedia's service was a total failure.

I would not even consider if I had a better view of the room the put us in… this was an empty white cell with a chair, a bed (made out of 2 twin mattresses on a springboard), and a closet (without any shelves). A window without curtain that was overseeing a wall. Nothing on the bathroom walls to hang a towel or space to put something on… the bare minimums of a zero star hotel with a hefty price of $400 per night. Needless to say that we could not stay in that room for a second night. We went and found another place to stay for the remaining days in Positano. I would not stay to this place again even if you pay me… extremely uncomfortable.

Don’t, under any circumstances, rent anything from here. Staying here was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made in my life; my two-day holiday was ruined and I felt absolutely awful. If you say you enjoy living like a rat, then this is the place for you. Nothing in the photos is real—it’s all fake. Even though we reported this, there was no one we could get in touch with. I booked a three-bed room; when I arrived, there were only two beds. There’s no kitchen, no fridge, no wardrobe to hang clothes in. If you walk where the second bed is supposed to be, you’ll definitely bang your head on the ceiling. There’s no hob, absolutely nothing at all; there was one cupboard, but it was nailed shut; the balcony shown to you definitely doesn’t exist; we stayed on the ground floor and when you open the window, you can see the ground of another house – in other words, even that garden is higher than your room. Do not ask the staff any questions under any circumstances, otherwise you’ll end up in an argument; they treat you with utter contempt. The key is left on the table, so anyone who takes it can easily enter any room because there’s no one there to check. We asked for a refund and were told they could only refund the city tax. And the journey, which they claim takes 8 minutes, is definitely not 8 minutes, and no one with health issues could possibly climb that many stairs. I absolutely, absolutely do not recommend staying there; it was a nightmare for me for two whole days. I’m just writ
