it is convinent and everything is within 10 minute walking. needed more pillows and asked. within 5 minutes I HAD THE Pillows. i arrived early and was able to use the pool and park my car. even used the grill for lunch. Pool was in great place. All day sun.

It was clean and in the perfect spot, We were on the third floor. The view was nice to see the sunset on the Bayside.. The only thing that was disappointing there was no coffee pot in the room. Other than that it was perfect for us. It was two of us my husband and I. Everything was in walking distance. Looking forward to coming back!

Location is convenient to everything. The pool is refreshing after a day at the beach. They have a new keyless entry system to the rooms. It wasn't explained very well to me upon check-in, consequently I couldn't access the room without assistance. Kind of a nuisance since the room was on the 3rd floor. We have stayed here several times in the past, room wasn't as clean as usual.

Good for the price. Close to all attractions and amenities. Nice partial ocean view from the hallways. Cleanliness was good and no bed bugs. Some disadvantages: front desk always unstaffed, could not find staff to check out, so wrote my name and check out time/date on a piece of paper. Not enough plugs like if u use the microwave, we had to unplug either the fridge or tue tv. The place seems to be renovated but renovations were done over existing old infrastructure that you can visibly see. Microwave was a bit wobbly. One of the curtains was missing the rod that one uses to push it up and down. In all, I am satisfied though given the affordability of the at a nice attraction like Hampton Beach.
