Except for the cleaning and the restaurant crew, staff was rude, dismissive and even mocking at times. The area has nothing to offer after 5pm or o n the weekends. Will not stay there again.

First night they moved us 3 times. The rooms were horrible. AC dripping water in one, TV not working in the other two. No internet most days… they charged for things we didn’t know about… overall just terrible. The last 3 days they moved us (a 4th time) and the room was somewhat decent. I’d like my money back

O hotel possui quartos novos e móveis de boa qualidade, porém com um ambiente bastante escuro. Também possui um excelente estacionamento, com um funcionário muito simpático e eficiente, bem como café da manhã de boa qualidade. No entanto, claramente existe um problema na manutenção/gestão. O frigobar não funciona, não gela. Já ficamos hospedados outras vezes e sempre teve esse problema. O quarto estava com limpeza satisfatória, mas o corredor estava muito sujo, com teias de aranha no teto e muita terra no chão. De novo, é um problema que se repete. A impressão que dá é que se faz apenas o básico da manutenção e limpeza. Para piorar, em um dos dias não havia pressão na água quente do chuveiro logo pela manhã, minha esposa não conseguiu tomar banho naquela manhã. Não pretendemos retornar mais a esse hotel, essa foi a última vez.

O hotel deu uma repaginada na estrutura, ficando agradabilissimo. O restaurante está muito amplo, organizado, bem iluminado, muito aconchegante. Funcionários bastante educados, solícitos e deixam voce bem à vontade. Como a nota máxima só pode ser 10, dou 11 ao Hotel Oscar.

O quarto que fiquei é bastante velho e as vezes a água quente não funciona. A localização do hotel é boa. A equipe é um pouco despreparada. O atendimento é bem ruim. Já fiquei em outros hotéis na cidade. Esse foi, de longe, o pior.

É um bom hotel. Os funcionários são bem prestativos, o tamanho do quarto e do banheiro é bom. A minha sugestão é disponibilizar cobertores para aqueles quartos em que o ar condicionado estejam diretamente na frente da cama.

Peguei o quarto de melhor categoria , muito bonito e confortável porém o frigobar não gelava as bebidas o que cansou um pouco de transtorno , ar condicionado tbm poderia ser um pouco melhor , e a limpeza das xícaras q ficam a disposição no quarto estão com algumas manchas ! Pelo investimento da diária esses detalhes poderiam ser revistos
