“Les escribí un mail ayer al q aún no me han respondido.Me cargaron en mi habitación los gastos de la cena de otra habitación, junto al minibar.Tampoco aparecían los precios del mismo, por unos cacahuetes,pistachos, zumo y agua me cobraron 23€.Nos dijeron q la recepción abría a las 06:00 y esperando hasta las 06:10 no vino nadie,no pudimos hacer el checkout y me cobraron a mi todo porque no le pidieron tarjeta de crédito al huésped de la otra habitación q viajaba conmigo. Lo q más me ha molestado...

The breakfast was excellent, and both the beach and pool areas were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The only area that could use some improvement is the gym, but overall we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.”

“The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and kept in prestige conditions. In relation to the food served, it was excellent, fresh and a joy to consume. Saying this, it would have been nice to have been able to order single dishes in the evening as what is provided is a four course meal which is sometimes just too much. A local free bus to San Teodoro 4 times a day is provided however there is literally no taxi service unless you are willing to pay 55EUR for 4km...
