A localização é ótima e a piscina também, apesar de estar em um local bem movimentado, o hotel é bem silencioso e dá pra descansar bastante. A rede em frente ao quarto é uma delícia. Os quartos com cheiro ruim, em um deles tinha sabonete, no outro não. Os assentos dos vasos quebrados, pegamos os quartos 7 e 8. Sem segurança, nossa janela não fechava, tive que colocar o cabideiro pra proteger nossas coisas, colchão horrível, desconfortável. O armário quebrando todo.

Infelizmente a pousada está em péssimas condições. Muito mal administrada. A melhor localização da Arraial. Mais os quartos estão horríveis. Banheiro velho , sem funcionamento. A recepção muito precária.

Decepcionado

Pousada bem localizada, preços acessíveis. Porém mal cuidada, sem café da manhã e somente fomos avisados depois do check-in, quando já estavamos intalados. Na reserva consta que tem café da manhã. Ficamos 9 dias somente deixaram a piscina em condição de uso nos últimos dois dias.

Localização maravilhosa e boa piscina!

Ótima localização e bom custo benefício! Ficamos 3 diaŕias e em nenhum dia houve limpesa da piscina ném limpeza dos quarto e troca de toalhas. Não tem recepcionista e nem café da manhã. Padaria fica a 150mt. Boa pousada, Só pecaram na fiscalização do serviço!

Localização perfeita

Tivemos uma excelente estadia na pousada, a localização é perfeita ! Todos que trabalhavam lá foram super solícitos com os pedidos , atenciosos com as crianças. Tamanho do quarto nos atendeu bem ? Dois adultos e duas crianças. Estávamos na melhor rua de arraial , perto de restaurantes bons, supermercado, do centrinho , da para ir a pé para praia do Mucuge , que em maré baixa vira uma piscina ,

Localização ótima, mas estrutura precária

O local é muito bem localizado, mas o atendimento é bem precário. O local fica sem atendimento depois de 15 horas. Não tem ninguém na recepção. É assim acaba ficando o local muito inseguro, tendo possibilidade de entrar pessoas que não esteja hospedado. O local também tem várias falhas, como porta não trancando, televisão não funcionando e como não tinha ninguém na recepção, não tinha como Pedir para consertar. Também faltou travesseiro e colcha.

Sensacional

Atendimento impecável. Toda a equipe foi extremamente cortesa com todas as minhas solicitações. A localização é excelente, no meio da rua do Mucugê com acesso fácil a pé para todo o comércio local, ponto de parada de ônibus e vans para a Balsa e para as praias. Café da manhã muito bem preparado, compatível com a estadia e com as acomodações. Não deixou nada a desejar.

A localização é extremamente perfeita! No coração do Mucugê (principal rua de Arraial), com fácil acesso a praia e vida noturna. Ideal pra quem está sem carro. Quanto ao local, ambiente compartilhado gostoso, com uma piscina bonita! Quartos simples mas confortáveis, não deixaram a desejar. Entretanto não voltaria a ficar pois o café da manhã é muitoo ruim! Um dos principais pontos pra mim em hotéis, escassez de variedades e ainda baixa qualidade dos itens, no geral vi reclamações de varios hóspedes.

A pousada Olhar da Sereia é muito boa, fica na rua do Mucugê considerada umas das ruas mais charmosa do Brasil, nosso quarto acomodou bem 4 adultos camas confortáveis e tudo muito bem organizado, o ar condicionado gelava bem o ambiente, nada a reclamar recomendo com certeza!

Que Pousada Horrível!

A pousada é mais simples do que se imagina e os quartos não tem nenhum conforto. As imagens enganam um pouco. Não tem espaço para bagagens ou roupas. Tudo tinha que ficar no chão. O único armário que tinha era minúsculo e estava despencando, ficamos com receio de encostar nele e ele cair. O banheiro é sujo e falaram que trocariam a roupa de cama de 2 em 2 dias, mas não era verdade. Tivemos que reclamar para trocarem pelo menos as toalhas e finalmente trocaram, mas apenas as toalhas, que por sinal eram super encardidas. O café da manhã é extremamente simples, de uma forma que nunca vi em nenhum hotel na vida. Ao final da estadia estavam colocando pouca comida na mesa de café, regrando a quantidade que comíamos. Me senti extremamente incomodada. A única coisa que esta pousada tem de bom é a localização, que fica exatamente na rua do Mucugê, no meio do agito, pra quem gosta, próximo à praça central. O restante, nada a elogiar. Corram desta pousada!

Pousada incrível... quartos ótimos com ar condicionado, frigobar, cofre, banheiro ótimo... colchão bom.... café da manhã excelente com tapiocas e omeletes preparados na hora.... o atendimento do pessoal desde a recepção as meninas do café da manhã foi excelente, me senti como se estivesse em casa... localização top em frente ao mercado, perto de tudo rua agitada com restaurantes, mercado, bares.... enfim.... ja deu vontade voltar....
