The hotel was very basic, breakfast was included, it wasn’t bad, there was some variety of foods, the rooms were dated, and the Cleaning wasn’t as good as it could be. Very small town, if you don’t speak Portuguese, you’ll be lost, I couldn’t find many people that spoke English or Spanish.

Opossum infestation

Terrible. The hotel is very old and infested with opossums. On the second night, I heard a noise in the patio door, and it was an opossum trying to get in. The next day, I saw two more running by the rooms. When I told the front desk, the man said they knew about it. It's an ongoing issue, but they cannot get rid of the opossums. We left that day, and hotels.com did not refund the unused nights, which was pretty disappointing.

Hotel Precisa de reformas e melhorias. O quarto com a maçaneta quebrada, porta lascada.. E a acústica é péssima, vc escuta todos os barulhos do corredor, não tem isolamento algum. Inclusive quando tem show na piscina, vc escuta tudo. O hotel não individualiza demanda alguma. Ex: estava passando mal, não tinha banana no café, a funcionária informou que o hortifruti ia entregar.. Pedi para que quando chegasse , eles separassem umas 4 para mim. Não fizeram. Deixei o número do quarto e nada. Estava com uma intoxicação alimentar, e precisei ir no hospital. O telefone do quarto ficou quebrado dois dias, o ifood chegou e ninguém foi no quarto avisar... Resultado, a entrega voltou. O atendente disse que estava sozinho , mas sempre ficavam pelo menos dois na recepção. No café da manhã. Pedi uma água de coco porque estava passando mal, rapidamente me cobraram ela. Entendo que não pode ser para todo mundo, e sim uma exceção. Tínhamos direito a um drink de boas vindas, só que eu não bebo nem a minha filha de 16 anos, pedi para trocar por uma água de coco não podia. A hidromassagem fica aberta somente de 17 as 19, e acaba ficando lotada pelo volume de clientes , e estava com um ladrilho quebrado onde qualquer pessoa poderia se cortar feio. Uma criança qie nos alertou a tomar cuidado. O café da manhã é excelente. A estrutura de forma geral é bacana mas tem que melhorar para o valor que é cobrado. Elogio a funcionária da limpeza de quinta madrugada pela boa vontade.

O atendimento das meninas no café da manhã é excelente. O checkin poderia ser mais rápido mas entendo que era de madrugada, mas o rapaz poderia ser mais dinâmico. Localização para a praia e festas muito boa. Mas o pessoal do checkin deve informar que a barraca em frente pertence ao hotel, só no último dia descobri Hotel até precisaria de uma reforma mas é bem bom de uma maneira geral sabe

Infelizmente tive problemas desde o primeiro dia. Me colocaram no segundo andar sendo que estava com um filho de 7 meses andando de carrinho. Fui conseguir uma banheira de banho só no segundo dia. Poucos funcionários simpáticos. Café da manhã era bom. A iluminação da area da piscina a noite é precária. Bons brinquedos pras crianças.
