The staff is lovely friendly and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. The property is beautifully maintained, and the little extras like evening snacks at turn down service is really appreciated. Friendly, geniune, and a beautiful property that's centrally located. It was perfect for more extended stay. Thank you again.

Our stay was amazing. Our five year anniversary was made so special by the staff. Everyone was so lovely and so helpful. When we arrived we initially thought the hotel was empty because it was so quiet and we didn't see anyone until breakfast in the restaurant. Breakfast was beautiful, every morning we woke up excited to go down and eat. The staff at breakfast were so helpful and attentive. They remembered our coffee order each morning and really seemed happy to see us. The reception team were wonderful, so helpful with restaurant bookings and helping us with transfers. I can honestly say the only mistake I made when booking this hotel was not staying longer.

From the moment we arrived we were given what felt like a very warm and personal welcome to the hotel, within minutes we had been given a welcome drink and lots of useful information about Porto. Our room was lovely, lots of nice touches, Including a coffee machine and bathrobes. The staff were so helpful, so friendly, they seemed genuinely interested in making our stay lovely. The breakfast was Amazing and had so much choice, all high quality products and so fresh. We also had a beautiful Italian meal in the hotel restaurant one night. Our room was adjacent to the rooftop terrace so we had lots of opportunities to take in the wonderful views of Porto and I used the hotel pool and sun terrace a number of times. If you're looking for a high end, comfortable boutique hotel right next to the historic centre of Porto, THIS is the hotel to choose, I will be returning to Porto and WILL be staying in the Lenscape Coterie again without doubt, thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable!

We had a lovely stay at Lenscape Coterie! The front desk team was amazing—welcoming, helpful, and always friendly. The hotel was clean, and the warmth of everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The one area that could use improvement is the service for hot breakfast orders. On our first morning, we waited about an hour and ultimately had to leave for a scheduled tour before our meals arrived. We experienced a similar delay the following morning. Although we were seated first in the smaller breakfast room, our order was taken after another table’s, and guests who arrived later received their meals before us. Our food came last, after roughly an hour. Better coordination of breakfast orders would make a big difference, especially for guests with morning plans. Despite this, we really appreciated the wonderful hospitality and cleanliness. The front desk team deserves special recognition for making our stay so welcoming!
