I had a great stay at the hotel! The hotel is very clean, quiet and relaxing. There are very limited amenities at the hotel so it is a fantastic option if you're exploring a lot, but still looking for somewhere comfortable and clean to relax. The staff is very kind and accommodating.

Very convenient location and the staff were extremely friendly. They gave us great recommendations for dinner. Our room was very clean and included a coffee pot, bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast included the traditional assortment of meats, cheeses, pastries as well as hot foods. I highly recommend checking out the Milo if you are in Porto!
Balcony view worked for us. It overlooked the train station but we never heard them!

Liked the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast choice was great! I didn’t like how the front door of the hotel main entrance opened… we hurt our fingers several times when opening it ! There was also a bad smell at certain times of the day in the hallway, especially near the laundry/breakfast area ( looked like a sewage smell)

The staff was so kind, helpful and outgoing. Gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for getting around Porto and the Duoro Valley. Truly genuine and went out of their way to make our stay lovely. Also, breakfast was excellent!

Hotel is new. Room was immaculate and comfortable but lacked drawers to keep bits, just has hanging space. Breakfast was continental and had a good variety, the coffee machine was so slow and only gave you half a cup!!! Reception is not 24 hours and you are given a swipe card for front and back door. The hotel is in a convenient location to explore Porto.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, Personal und Frühstück exzellent. In unsere Zimmer in letzte Stock war die Luftzirkulation nicht so gut, bei 34 Grad draußen müssten wir sehr oft die Klimaanlage an machen. Das wir nicht mögen. Noch ein Regal im Zimmer hat uns gefehlt.
