The ac turned off randomly and the fact that it only worked whenever the key was in the room was not ideal with this heat. Regardless, everyone was so nice, we received a free pastry and glass of wine and the location was great, definitely recommend staying here

I was confused when I search the hotel in Expedia this day, because I’m not sure which one is the real hotel with reception and help desk, not the property rented by owner. This one is a real hotel where receptions are very helpful and prompt when needed. Not like one that rented by owner which complicates to check in, check out or have questions. And also this hotel is very convenient, close to tourist attractions, just walk able, good restaurants and close to tran station. I very like this place. A+++++

What a lovely stay we had in Porto. The hotel is right at the bottom of a busy street with lots of bars and restaurants, making evening super easy. Despite this, the hotel was lovely and peaceful, giving a great nights sleep. Breakfast was well done for a small hotel. The only minor issue we had was that the room lacked storage. There was the small open rack but that was about it, same in the bathroom. Some drawers or a cabinet in the bathroom would have gone a long way.
