Overall outstanding. Location was near many tourist locations and a train station to travel further. Very clean. Staff were wonderful especially the female receptionist. Bed was extremely comfortable and the weighted blanket was a nice touch.

Great area, convenient for getting around, close to many restaurants and the train station without being too busy and noisy. I stay in hotels almost weekly and without a doubt, the most comfortable mattress and pillows ever. It is recently renovated so it is very clean but keep in mind the room is small and a bit dark. Above all, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, they are a great asset.

My stay at Kodawari was wonderful. The room was exceptionally comfortable and quiet, and the bed gave me an amazing night’s sleep. The location was perfect, and I genuinely felt at home. I will definitely be back.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Everything about my stay was excellent. The rooms were immaculate and extremely clean, providing the perfect space to relax. The staff truly made the difference—they were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. To top it all off, the location was amazing, putting me exactly where I wanted to be. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be back!

We stayed here for two nights, very good service, all the staffs here are very fariendly, the hotel loace in a very busy comercial street which is easy to get around, a lots of shops and restaurats nearby. The hotel does not have a parking space but there is a large parking garage nearby. Highly recommended.

Miguel and Catarina were amazing! They were so helpful in arranging the taxi from the airport, securing a dinner reservation and helping me navigate to the train station/ bus terminal. The glass of port when I arrived was very special. The property is lovely, centrally located, quiet and very comfortable. The bed and bedding are luxurious. I didn't have breakfast on the property, but wish I had. Next time I will stay longer!! Thank you for an amazing stay.

The staff are stellar. They made us feel right at home from the moment we entered. The room, while small, was so lovely; the bed was devine, and we're huge fans of weighted blankets made by blanky because we have two at home. I loved the Dyson hair dryer and the big, fluffy towels. And, the hotel is located on Rua das Flores which was recently ranked the coolest street in the EU.

I hate to give this property a poor rating because the staff was excellent, especially Talia who was there when we checked in. But everyone was lovely. And it is a beautiful and clean hotel. But it has a terrible concept that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. The concept is that you’ll get the best sleep you ever had. What this means for some bizarre reason is that the room lighting is completely inadequate. I could not read a book in bed and my husband had to use his phone flashlight to look at the thermostat. There are three globe lights. Very dim. No shades as they are globes, so they burned my corneas when I dared to look their way. A speech was given to us upon check in about the bedding. Supposedly there are 3 different types of pillows. We asked for flatter pillows but none were available. The pillows we had were 7 inches high, and did not squish down. Hard. My husband slept with a towel instead of the pillow, and my neck was sore. The closet has hangers on the top, there is a shelf horizontal in the center, divided in half. Should be able to hang shirts, but no, because the safe is located in the center of the upper shelf. So no clothing item can hang without hitting the safe. The bottom half is good only for shoes, although it is quite big, but it’s not big enough for a suitcase. I was also unable to access any attachments to emails, and pictures on websites would not load. Have no idea what the internet’s problem was. I do not recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was super central and easily walkable but had no issues with noise at night. The rooms were very updated with the latest technologies and appliances. The bed was super comfortable and we liked the dark aesthetic. We would highly recommend staying here!

Dios que hotel que staff tan maravillosos. Estoy super enamorada de este hotel y si algún día vuelvo a oporto , me quedo aquí. Yo lo amè, debo mencionar parte del staff; Felipe , es encantador , Dios que ser humano tan amable, Anyeli , Catrima , eran mas las muchachas pero realmente no recuerdo los otros nombres, SUPER AMABLES , yo necesitaba hacerme el pelo y me ayudaron , básicamente uno se siente como en casa. y que decir de las habitaciones ; WOW son increíblemente bellas, las camas , las almohadas , los detalles , es puro lujo , y esta en una locación increíble , yo lo ame.

Ich war 4 Tage alleine im Hotel. Alle waren super nett und freundlich. Auch abends bei meiner Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und es gab einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, daher ist die U-Bahn nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, ebenso der Hafen. Ich komme gerne wieder.
