Loved the property location and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was also excellent. The 2 USB ports in the room were not functional so this was an inconvenience that made our stay less than perfect.

Very nice hotel in a nice part of town away from the tourist region but very close to many good restaurants and bars. The roof top bar was a big plus - but it might be seasonal? The room was nice and super quiet and clean and well maintained. Very nice indeed - thank you.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Saved us from missing our train to the Duoro valley, getting us a taxi quickly after the Bolt request canceled twice. Great breakfast, with lots of options. Best orange juice :) Was nice to have snack options during the day. Welcome drink upon arrival and cookies upon departure. And location was perfect, walking distance to a lot of the main sights. Made us feel right at home.
