The room was expensive for what is ultimately just the size of a bed. The shower and bathroom design is the worst I've ever seen or used. If you take too long a shower, the shower and toilet will flood the bathroom and the bedroom at some point, leaving your feet in water when you try to use the toilet later... The furniture is very old and leaves much to be desired; the bed had a crooked leg, making it tilt... Your heard a lot of noise when people coming in and out the building...

Location of the apartment was great and cleanliness was okay but everything else was horrible. The shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so everything was constantly flooded. Their was A LOT of mold across all the walls in the room and the shower curtains were also nasty. However, the worst was the customer support. What a horrible company - whenever you tried reaching out to the support, they hit you up with an AI bot that told you to stay alert for them contacting you, which never happened until after I checked out. Ironic how they are not fixing your problem at all but then ask for more information on your issue after you have checked out. Will try to stay away from GuestReady and would advise everyone to do the same.
