Durante minha estadia, a internet do hotel ficou dois dias inteiros sem funcionar, o que prejudicou bastante as tarefas que tinha de realizar nesses dias. O aparelho de ar condicionado é antigo e creio que precisa ser trocado. Equipe e atendimento muito bons e quarto bastante amplo.

Terror tomar banho dentro de uma banheira desativada. Total falta de seguranca. Reclamei do fato d disseram que eu estava pagano valor inferior a tabela de balcão. Só que isso não foi informado na hora em que fiz a reserva. Frustrante. Não tem edredon, somente cobertor .

Café da Manhã e limpeza são uma tragédia!!!

Me hospedei no Hotel por uma noite, tinha como destino a Cidade de Gramado, entretanto, apesar da boa estrutura dos quartos, o hotel pecou muito no café da manhã (uma tragédia, salchichas cruas, café com sujeiras saindo do equipamento, pouquíssimas opções, muito ruim, caso de vigilância sanitária). Além disso, a banheira do quarto era tão mal limpa que era gordurosa de tanta sujeira. Não voltaria lá. Pensar que se chamam de Hotel Master "Premium".

Não indico o bairro p/turismo; Silencioso, ideal para trabalho; Boa higiene, ruim apenas com reposição de toalhas, roupa de cama; Inclusive um dia fui obrigada a buscar papel higiênico na recepção; Reposição de itens inclusos na diária paga, pequenos mimos<>grande diferença para o cliente; Em um dia, a louça suja, foi deixada de molho (não causei desconforto no hotel, a equipe em geral me tratou de forma agradável); O atendimento tem sua excelência nos primeiros dias, posteriormente precisava solicitar alguma coisas, funcionava como se fossem várias empresas e eu cliente, tivesse que me comunicar entre elas, coisa mínimas. Nada que necessitasse pagar, gerar notas, etc; O café atendeu as expectativas, mais qualidade do que quantidade; Nos 3 primeiros dias algumas formigas apareceram no quarto, mas mostrei para a camareira a minha alergia, e as picadas, e que precisei de medicamento, prontamente ela cuidou/limpou todos cantos; O ar condicionado é springer, mas o quarto era tão espaçoso e arejado que não necessitei usar, para minha tranquilidade; Quarto lindo e espaçoso; A academia é excelente; Na saída ocorrem confusões com alimentos do frigobar. Se ocorrer nova estadia neste hotel, vou solicitar que removam os mesmos durante a minha permanência, pois vc acaba ficando em situação constrangedora.
