Dirty room, cigarette butts lying around, smoke smell. No help from Charlie, it is a defective chatbot that doesn’t do much. Indication of that even before checkin, namely repeated reminders to submit documents (even though they had been submitted and were complete). I left 2 days early

Na oferta disseram que tinha uma cafeteira expresso. Mas, não era verdade. Tentei entrar em contato com a acomodação, mas só tinha contato com sistema Charlie. Não consegui sequer falar com alguém sobre o problema da cafeteira. O teto do loft estava mofado.

Boa acomodação, tudo limpo, cama confortável, prédio novo Porém não iria novamente. As mensagens de comunicação com a empresa sao todas via whatsapp com mensagem automática, nao existe telefone para contato diretamente com algum atendebte. Cheguei no local no horário reservado e nem havia recebido a confirmação com senha conforme haviam orientado previamente. Atrasou 40 minutos pra eu conseguir entrar alem do estresse tentando falar com alguém. Se houvesse um bom relacionamento com o cliente seria uma boa estadia. No momento nao reocomendo

Meus filho chegou ao hotel 01:15 vindo do aeroporto e o porteiro não permitiu ele entrar no prédio mesmo mostrando o recibo de pagamento emitido p Hotéis. Com. Referente a sua reserva. Comuniquei o ocorrido ao Hotéis. Com depois de 6 dias fui comunicado pelo próprio Hotéis.com que não seria ressarcido do valor pago. Agradeço muito ao Hotéis. Com, agradeço de ❤️a esta empresa pelo interesse de resolver o problema do seu parceiro causado.

Foi uma experiência muito boa, realmente me senti bem acolhida no espaço, tudo muito confortável e limpo. Deixaram uma coberta bem quentinha que fez toda a diferença. Sobre os chuveiros, precisei aprender a modular a temperatura, fica da forma que a gente quiser. Resumo: eu gostei bastante e voltaria a me hospedar lá, principalmente por períodos mais longos.

Experiência negativa, aparentemente sem estrutura pra tomar um simples café. Cozinhar nem pensar, nenhum utensílio de cozinha. Limpeza deixou a desejar em determinados lugares como teia de aranha nos cantos e sujeira próximo ao ar.

Local confortável, localização ruim.

Lugar distante de tudo, perigoso e com vizinho que ficava gritando a noite inteira, seja por drogas ou surto psicológico. Mesmo entrando em contato com a portaria todo dia era essa novela. Foi um inferno.

Há opções melhores.

Tive dificuldades com a entrada, pois a Charlie não havia repassado meus dados para o prédio. Tive que esperar do lado de fora (pouco tempo, mas ainda assim, mandei as informações antecipadamente e, pelo jeito, à toa). O apartamento não estava devidamente limpo. O ar-condicionado estava aberto e havia sujeira na região do utensílio, além do chão estar com aspecto de mal limpo. Ademais, o quarto deveria ter uma cafeteira Nespresso e não havia nenhuma no local. Quesitonei o atendimento da Charlie e me informaram que não seria possível resolver pois "não havia equipe no prédio". Não é a primeira vez que isso acontece em prédios da Charlie. Não fico nunca mais. Apesar disso, o prédio é novo e parece ter boas instalações. Fiquei menos de 24h, por isso mal usei a academia, mas é boa.

Falta comunicação com os funcionários do prédio.

Apartamento muito organizado, porém a comunicação com a empresa é sofrível, somente via robô de whatsap que nunca entende. Por várias vezes tive que explicar o que eu estava fazendo lá na portaria, pois parecia que não se comunicavam, inclusive fiquei com o carro retido do lado de fora em uma dessas ocasiões.
