overall for anyone needing a quick overnight in the area close to lake sebago it works well. They have limited amenities, tv in the room is basic cable only not a smart tv and most of the channels are sports channels. They don’t refresh towels or clean rooms unless you ask. lighting in the room is terrible even in the bathroom you can barely see. Hairdryer for anyone needing one after a beach or pool day doesn’t work well. There is one washer dryer for the entire property. If you land early and attend to check in early don’t try before 1:30pm. The gentleman at the front desk was not welcoming at all when we asked… reminded me that check in wasn’t until 3.
