The beds and pillows are really comfortable. Rooms I was in were quiet, so easy to get a great night's sleep. Is an older property, but fairly well maintained. The restaurant did not have gluten free options, but had good juice choices. The staff are welcoming, helpful, lovely (exception, one gal at the breakfast buffet). The shuttle is a big bonus, need to book through the main reception for departure.

We had a very late check in due to delayed flights. Although we had let staff know, we arrived after 2am and were almost denied our reservation. The night manager was very helpful and courteous and was able to assist us in completing our reservation. Accommodations were wonderful even though the building having some renovations done. Very close to the airport and convenient to the city. We would stay again.

I have to admit when I first pulled up it kind of looked like a sketchy area - but when I got inside super impressed! Room was clean, beds a tad uncomfortable but not bad. Staff was terrific. Courtesy van dropped me off at airport, then realized I left laptop in it! Called hotel and driver dropped it off - shout out to Natalie!! 😊

Spacious and clean front desk area. The room was also spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed. A very pleasent staff! For a $16 buffet breakfast, I expected a greater variety of food, especially fruits. There were only watermelon and strawberries, and by 8 AM, strawberries were almost gone.

Good location if you need to be near the airport. Great if you need a shuttle ride to the airport. Not terribly quiet because you are near a major highway. If you are used to sleeping with highway noise then it’s a perfect place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. We only stayed one night. I really appreciate that they have a 24/7 shuttle service from the airport because our plan arrived at midnight and it was perfect for us. Check in and out was easy. The bed was comfortable. Also I thought the dove lotion they provided smelled great.

We requested to change rooms due to a stained carpet. Staff were very friendly and immediately changed our room. The hotel is just really old and probably needs a refurbish. Also had to pay for parking - something one would expect to be included as a guest.
