Stayed here as a family of four, and we just enjoyed the stay here. Staff is so helpful and amazing. Pool was perfect temp and towels were kept stocked. Breakfast and lunch was a delight and if not only blocks away from many amazing food joints. However it was staff who made the stay amazing.

Love the location of this hotel and the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel on prior visits to PDX, but the quality has declined over the years. My first suggestion is to flip the mattresses or replace them. Room 1255 had the worst sunken matreses.

This hotel is my “go-to” hotel whenever I’m flying out of PDX, visiting family, or attending events in the Portland area. Clean rooms, secure parking (for a fee), friendly staff and a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in! If you need a reasonable and consistently reliable stay in Portland, this is where you should stay!

Ryan was so awesome. Checking on us the whole time making sure we had everything we needed. Room did not come with microwave so we called to get one, didn’t think about getting a refrigerator to store our food but Ryan did, he sent one up. To me this was A+ service.
