We had a wonderful gentlemen check us in, give advice for a very good, local seafood dinner and upgrade us to an oceanfront room. We loved the beach accessibility and the property was quiet at night and could sleep with the windows open to hear the waves on the shore. Good, walkable location and wonderful front desk staff!

You can't beat this location! Easy to the beach and quick trolley ride or walk to the pier. I stayed in a basic room and it was very neat and well kept. They also have upgraded rooms available that look very nice with amazing views right on the water. Will check that out on our next visit.

We decided to stop in this area on our way back from the Down East area . We knew the town a little bit but took a chance on this place. It was great! The woman who helped us was very kind and we got a super upgrade . We particularly appreciated that while there was a slight miscommunication regarding a service dog , it was handled very professionally and our dog welcomed warmly . What a view and what a great spot to relax . I'm sure it's super crowded in the summer but for mid September it was perfect . BTW we randomly chose Joseph By Sea for dinner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful stay despite the cold rainy weather. Check-in was super friendly- moved me to a room with a beach view. Very clean and quiet. Easy walk to pier / downtown and loved being able to walk out on beach. Stayed by my self in economy room which is fine for just one person but it would have been tight with 2. Fresh towels and cleaning each day. In room coffee maker was great so I could sip coffee and watch the ocean.
