Really neat place to stay! Nice clean rooms, beautiful and unique conference centre. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working, but we had fun in the pool and the waterslide was great! There was not a free breakfast, but it is a close walk to A and W or Tim Hortons as well as other shopping and a short drive to downtown. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Great option for a quick family and friends trip. The food at the restaurant wasn't of our liking... but it was super convenient and at a good price.

The room was clean but had a smell, almost like it had been a smoking room. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, however the handle on the toilet didn't work very good. Overall everything was fine for all we needed.

Pool side is brutal- no windows, old stained carpet and walls. Lobby rooms are cleaner and updated but loud. Pub food was good- restaurant buffet was poor. Over all terrible experience. I actually decided to travel 50mins out of my way so I didn’t have to stay here or anywhere else in Portage.

Bar food was very good. Waitress was excellent. Our only issue was the employee at front desk was suffering from a bad cold. Should have stayed home or at least worn a mask.

Outside of housekeeping missing the room on garbage and refreshing towels. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. They ge homely heard my frustrations and did what they could to make things better And the tavern was again a disappointment but there’s some amazing options close by. So was a pleasant stay for the most part.
