“This is beautiful property right on the water and just a few minutes away from downtown. We loved it!”

“Avoid an unpleasant experience and consider other lodging options. This is an aging, poorly maintained property with outdated amenities. The linens were ripped, the towels had holes, and there was no air conditioning—only old fans. The front desk staff was inattentive and lacked basic customer service skills. Overall, the property did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or hospitality.”

“A nice hotel one block up from the water. The room was nice and clean, and quiet. I liked the sitting room. There is a nice garden area to enjoy a glass of wine, coffee, or a snack from the attached shop. There are many restaurant options within walking distance. The only drawback was that you need to pay for parking.”

“Gorgeous setting with the marina view being worth the upgrade. Most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a long time. Fireside staff and food were excellent. 2 free Expedia drinks used for breakfast for a Bloody Mary and a cappuccino. Stella Coffee bags in room were quite good. Jetted tub with locally made bath salts was a bonus! Our only regret was not getting there for the 2pm Expedia VIP check in to enjoy this room and area longer. Next time!”

“We drove past before check in time and saw a note in the hosts window saying that they had gone to town which was no problem but when we attempted to call later to let the host know we’d be arriving late we couldn’t get through. Both numbers we found were “out of service”. We then called Expedia and they could not get through either getting the same message. When we did arrive at VVM everything went great and the place was perfect for us. It would have eased our minds if we could have contacted...

“This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

“It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. Then we would need additional codes to get into a...

“This hotel has very little going for it. The room is substandard. It was clean (except for one sticky table), but old furniture can only get so clean. One chair was horribly stained. The property is substandard. The restaurant had a great hamburger. Check in took a long time because the person in charge at the bar was outside making a phone call. (You check in at the bar). Won't go there again”
