My first choice while in New Port Richey. Excellent location near everything, the facility and decor is classy and Elegant. The pool and Hot Tub are wonderful. Enjoyed the fact that everything was spotless. Events on the 3 rd FL are very fun.

This older property is well-maintained and clean. The staff was helpful. They do not have breakfast, but there is a restaurant that is reasonably priced. The pool was very nice, and you can get food or beverages served out of the window from the bar. Very family-friendly as well! The pool goes from 4 feet to 8 1/2 feet, and they do allow pool toys. There is a wading pool for the little ones and a hot tub. Beds were nice, with a small fridge/freezer, microwave, and a safe. There is a full laundry on site as well. We enjoyed staying.

We had a great stay. The only thing was we had no soap in the bathroom, not sure if it was forgotten, or what, but we had our own. Another thing was we tried to have dinner in the downstairs restaurant but they had a dj and it was so loud we couldn't talk. We ended up having dinner take out by the pool, which was very nice. Overall, the room was big and clean. Worth the stay.
