Staff were kind and helpful. Gym looked adequate and clean. Pool has many seating options. The poolside bar was closed when i stayed but orders could be placed for delivery to the pool area via the app. Unfortunately, the room and therefore the bed linens smelt damp and i was simultaneously cold and hot in the room somehow.

Gym was always clean and well maintained. Relatively okay variety of equipment. Breakfast was a hit or miss, all depends on your preference - I believe they can do a better job of improving on local availabilities and taste generally, esp for the local options. Omelets were lovely. Pool was great. Rooms were good, a bit dated. No issues with House keeping.

The property was nice, great location, nice staff, beautiful gym. The restaurant served delicious food. Only negative i had the bars did not open until 11am. If I'm on vacation i rather start drinking before 11am. That's pretty late for a resort. Also the pool bar closed pretty early while the pool stayed open.

Food was too expensive, way more expensive than the US. I requested rooms together and they put one room on 3rd and one on 4th floor. I was SO impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the Hilton and Conference Center Port of Spain, Trinidad. I have experienced competent hotel staff on many hotel stays; however, the stellar Front Desk staff, specifically Stefan and Quassie, were so impactful and helpful and assured that my time there was most pleasant.
